Pacooto Emmanuel is a Senior Architect supporting architectural design development from concept through documentation.

He is registered with the Board of Registration of the Rwanda Institute of Architects and a member of the Rwanda Institute of Architects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Makerere University in Uganda.

Pacooto Emmanuel works closely with the QuestAfrica team in Kigali to deliver projects with strong technical coordination, practical execution planning, and a focus on long-term project value.
